In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luck98" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at luck98.app and all associated services, interfaces, and products made available thereunder.
• "Player", "User", or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on luck98 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held on the luck98 Platform, associated with a unique username and verified mobile number or email address.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount of PKR staked by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome made available on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the base currency of all transactions on luck98.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit offer awarded to a Player under any promotional scheme operated by luck98.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity and address verification steps that luck98 may require Players to complete prior to permitting withdrawals or continued platform access.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests luck98 to block their account from all platform activity for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any cricket match, PSL fixture, international tournament, or other sporting contest on which betting markets are offered by luck98.

By accessing the luck98 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the luck98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. luck98 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not accept these Terms.

luck98 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on luck98, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Be at least 21 years of age. luck98 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Any Player found to be under 21 at registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and all funds held pending investigation.
2. Be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
3. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a functional email address.
4. Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is explicitly prohibited by law, or where luck98 is prohibited from offering services.
5. Not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of luck98 or its associated companies.
6. Not be subject to any Self-Exclusion order, whether placed by the Player themselves or imposed by luck98.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on luck98. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account.

• You must not share your luck98 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members and friends.
• luck98 support staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to luck98 immediately.
• You must notify luck98 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• luck98 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• luck98 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily lock an Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the Account holder.

Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their Account, whether or not they personally authorised such activity, except in circumstances where luck98 has been demonstrably negligent in its own security obligations.

All financial transactions on the luck98 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on luck98 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency methods.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time, typically within 10 seconds of a confirmed transaction. luck98 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• luck98 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal on luck98 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the verified identity of the Account holder. luck98 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive same-day PKR withdrawals.
• luck98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in circumstances where fraud is suspected.
• Funds derived from Bonuses are subject to their respective wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in those funds being forfeited.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all Wagers on the luck98 Platform:

1. All bets are accepted subject to luck98's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
2. A bet is only valid once the Player has received a confirmed bet reference number from the Platform. luck98 bears no liability for bets that were not properly confirmed due to technical failure on the Player's device or internet connection.
3. luck98 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where luck98 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
4. In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant period of play. luck98 uses official scorers and event authorities as the determinative source for all settlements.
5. Where a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, luck98's event-specific rules will apply. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless sufficient play has occurred under the relevant competition's rules for a result to stand.
6. The minimum single Wager on luck98 is Rs 50. Maximum Wager limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
7. luck98 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or refuse bets from any Player without explanation, particularly where unusual or disproportionate betting patterns are detected.

luck98 offers various promotional schemes to its Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money PKR balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement on luck98 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unconverted bonus balance will expire and be forfeited after this period.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. luck98 uses technical and manual checks to identify and prevent bonus abuse.
• luck98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while a Player's wagering requirement is in progress, luck98 will either complete the promotion on the original terms or refund the deposited amount, at its sole discretion.
• Certain game categories (including, but not limited to, certain live casino games and progressive jackpot slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements. The excluded categories will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck98 Platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the conduct described below will have their Accounts terminated, their funds forfeited where legally permissible, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on luck98.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using luck98 for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption of a sporting event on which bets are placed with luck98.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players or over luck98.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between luck98's odds and those of other operators in a systematic manner.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure, security systems, or data integrity of the luck98 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is expressly prohibited by local law, while deliberately circumventing geographic restrictions using a VPN or similar technology.
• Allowing, facilitating, or otherwise permitting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your luck98 Account.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may place a temporary break on their Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent Self-Exclusion. Self-excluded Accounts are blocked immediately and cannot be reactivated for a minimum period of 6 months. After this period, reactivation requires a formal request and a 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the luck98 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilation methodology, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck98 or its licensed third-party providers.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
• Scraping, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any luck98 content — including odds data — without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• The luck98 brand name and logo may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without the express written authorisation of luck98.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck98 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if luck98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors caused by third-party internet service providers, payment processors, or device manufacturers.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where luck98 has taken reasonable security precautions and the breach is attributable to your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit luck98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by luck98 is governed by the luck98 Privacy Policy, which is available at luck98.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By creating an Account on luck98, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck98 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a Player and luck98:
